Okay, I'm not so sure the tsunami relief fund is the uniting factor here, but this does sound promising:

Alice in Chains just happens to be one of my all-time favorite bands. (R.I.P. Layne) I wore out several cassettes copies of Dirt and Facelift that I had as a kid. I'd listen to them over and over all summer while mowing the lawn or riding my bike. I felt so empowered just by having the tunes blasting in my ears. That feeling still carries over into present day, although, now by way of commuting times or MP3s at work.
